Media Center Hours and Briefing Rooms
Meeting rooms for individual press briefings will be available by reservation in the Press Center during the event. You may submit a meeting room request by contacting Media Assistant. Please include the following information in your request:

Duration: 1 Hour or 1/2 Hour
Date
Name of Exhibiting Company
Name of Registered Exhibitor Representative
Name of Press/Group
Name of Registered Journalist/Analyst

The Press Center may only be used by registered exhibitors, sponsors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as press (journalist/analyst) and the other must be a registered exhibitor or sponsor. For more information, please contact Media Assistant.
